CONTAINER LIFTING DEVICE for lifting the full container to the desired working height before starting the material ejection.
The raised container remains locked during the pressing out process by 2 support bars that are pushed in by hand.
A safety device only allows the high hydraulic pressure necessary for emptying the container to be built up when both support bolts for the container lifting device are in the correct position.
Machine frame in U-shaped design, mounted on a base frame, with attached hydraulic cylinder stroke 1100 mm and drive unit.
A foundation pit approx. 1570 x 430 x 150 mm deep must be prepared to set up the machine frame.
HYDRAULIC UNIT Air-cooled control pump; including oil filling - safety valve - distributor - blocks - 4 connection hoses, to drive the container press and filling machine.
